The Democrats, who control the House of Representatives by a super majority, voted to skip town in order to campaign for reelection instead of voting on extending the Bush tax cuts to hard-working Americans. Steny Hoyer controls the schedule and agenda for the House. Just another lying Democrat caught on tape.
