Good luck with the Steelers. At least you don't to worry about Big Ben. Born in southwestern Pennsylvania (in the district Jack Murtha represented before his death) I was a Steelers fan for many years (as were my parents). My husband decided it wouldn't be good for the children to have a Steelers fan in the house so I, over time, embraced the Browns. It wasn't easy. LOL For years we had season tickets and two of those years were in the Dawg Pound. At that time Bernie Kosar (lived down the road) and attended our church. It was the only time it was easy to get the kids to go to Mass. LOL
I don't know what this PLEDGE means. In order to attract the independent minded voters they went lightly on the social issues. Sometimes I think the Republican Party doesn't know when to sit down and shut up. The Dems were in self-destruction mode. Let them go on.... LOL

Hello CW!!
Well.....I would like to think that we have at least a few "left of center" members who are able to discuss issues, and present logical, thoughtful commentary!!! (I miss Lobo!!!)
I will take it a step further, I am tired of the name calling and all of the homosexual barbs and insinuations here lately.....
Naaah.....I was actually sober, beer free, and considering everything.....Pretty rational when I wrote that....I was at the office, goofing off a little bit!!
I will be consuming beers tomorrow however, as we meet one of your favorite crews: The Pittsburgh Steelers and their lovely fans come to Ray-Jay tomorrow.....My fiancee Deborah and I plan on being in attendance!!
Good to see ya!!

I don't say this lightly nor do I sit around online calling people names (I leave that to Dick and Bruce and Tommy etc.) regularly but when I read your comments regarding studio's value as a poster it worried me. You either don't read his posts or you were on a long beer binge when you wrote it.CW------- Original Message -----From: Keith In TampaSent: Saturday, September 25, 2010 09:48Subject: Re: The Republicans' "Pledge To America" Whaddya Think???<Grin>!! Hey Studio!I listed, "Moonbats" and "Crackpots", as in: "Wacko Left, Socialist-Elitist Moonbats"; and "Wacko Right Conspiratorialist Crackpots".....I thought I had all of the bases covered!!

Oops.
Sorry.
Ok, here's my take:
it's a gimmick.
