Humiliation to Pak military delegation at U.S. air port and madness of PAF air chief
By: International Professor
The news item published in U.S. press about humiliation to Pak Military delegation at Dulles air port was shocking but when delegation cancelled their further visit to CENTCOM gave relief that still there are honourable professionals in Pak army.
This report was not enough when blood boiling comments of some peoples were found on different websites with remarks soaked in hatred against Pakistan and army delegation were found. On one side Gen. Kiyani is claiming that he is sacrificing our priceless Jawans to maintain peace on the streets of Washington and London and on other hand Anglo-Americans are sparing no moment to humiliate Pakistan as a country and its peoples.
DG ISI had to cancel his scheduled visit to U.K. after Prime Minister David Cameron's comments against Pakistan. It is not a first instance that top Pakistani military officials have been humiliated by U.S. officials, previously Gen. Orakzai and Gen. Rashid Qureshi openly commented that those will never revisit to U.S. Everyone knows that what happened when Gen. Tanvir Naqvi along with other senior officials were insulted on airport in Mush era.
Now such kind of incidence has become routine and flight attendants have given powers to listen any drunken person and off load the passenger. In 100% cases Muslims and particularly Pakistani's is their target. This is all happening due to unnecessary greed of dollars has devalued our politicians and generals.
Recent controversy on Altaf Husain's statement has also created an opportunity for those politicians to roar against Pakistan army that had been hand coughed and dragged by army Hawaldars a few months back. Today third class politician and anti-Pakistan ANP's Haji Adeel has openly insulted DG Military operations during a briefing at Islamabad. (refer daily Ummat and daily Express of 01-09-10)
Some peoples are propagating that army has achieved its lost popularity is a myth; in fact American war of terror has exposed all kinds of myths surrounding bravery of Pakistan army. Long list of medals to army officers and Jawans killed for the sake of dollars is showing other side of coin posted by ISPR.
The countries that are showing middle finger to our officials repeatedly whether our army chief did not have middle finger. Our criticism to generals and politicians is for the sake of rebuilding nation, in spite of repeated attempts of corruption and fascism we have no choice to side with our officials visiting overseas and representing our national flag. On other hand PAF air chief after receiving humiliating kick to his colleagues became made and used air force to kill 40 persons including women and children at Tirah Valley today. Bombarding on peoples in Ramadhan while majority was with fast shows criminal mentality of air force chief.
Please read following reports published in media and tell us what to do, May we cry on role of Pakistan army in obedience of foreign powers.
Pakistani military officers on way to Tampa are detained in Washington
Associated Press, Tuesday, August 31, 2010
WASHINGTON — A delegation of Pakistani military officers, traveling to the U.S. Central Command headquarters in Tampa, was detained for questioning by airport security agents after arriving at Dulles International Airport outside Washington, a Pakistani official said Monday night.
The officers were detained after one of them made what a flight attendant considered to be an inappropriate remark on the way to Dulles, said the official. That officer was removed from the flight after it landed, and the rest were detained after they disembarked. They were later released.
Members of the delegation of about eight officers, led by a two-star general, were offended by their treatment and cancelled the meeting at Central Command, the official said.
He said that Defence Department officials had apologized for the incident and that it was unclear whether the meeting would take place.(1)
Pakistani military delegation heads home in protest after Dulles incident
Tuesday, August 31, 2010; 10:47 PM
A delegation of senior Pakistani military officials visiting the United States for a major defence conference headed home in protest Tuesday night after they said they were interrogated and rudely treated by security officials at Dulles International Airport.
The nine-member group of high-ranking Pakistani officers boarded United Airlines Flight 727 from Washington to Tampa late Sunday but were pulled off the plane after one of them "made a comment to a flight attendant," said Mike Trevino, a United spokesman. United did not provide details, but Pakistani officials said the remark came from a general in the delegation who - weary of a long day of travel that began in Islamabad - said, "I hope this is my last flight," or words to that effect.
That sparked a call to Dulles law enforcement officials, who detained the delegation for 2.5 hours and refused to allow the officials to contact their embassy or the U.S. military officials who had invited them to visit, according to a Pakistani military official who spoke on condition of anonymity.
The Pakistanis were finally released after police at Dulles determined they did not pose a threat. But instead of proceeding to Tampa, the delegation was ordered to return to Pakistan by their military superiors in Islamabad, in protest of their treatment, the Pakistani official said, adding that they were "verbally abused." The group of officers spent the next 48 hours in Washington, waiting for the next available flight home, and were scheduled to depart the United States on Tuesday evening.
The Pakistani officers were originally en route to U.S. Central Command headquarters in Tampa to attend the annual conference of the U.S.-Pakistan Military Consultative Committee, said Maj. David Nevers, a Central Command spokesman. He said Centcom officials hoped to reschedule the conference. (2)
Security forces kill 40 'militants' in Tirah
By Ibrahim Shinwari , Wednesday, 01 Sep, 2010
LANDI KOTAL: Security forces claimed to have killed more than 40 militants in shelling in different areas of the Tirah valley on Tuesday.
According to officials, over a dozen militants were killed in Nari Baba, 13 in Nakai and 18 in Takhta Kai and Qilla areas.
The claims could not be verified independently, while some reports suggested civilian casualties in the heavy shelling.
According to earlier reports, six suspected militants were killed and four others injured when a military plane attacked a moving vehicle in Tirah.
However, officials said women and children were among the dead and injured. The injured were taken to a hospital in Peshawar.
A security official said the authorities had information about the presence of dozens of militants in the area. Independent sources insisted that most of those killed were non-combatants and all of them belonged to the Kukikhel tribe.
Military officials said they had clear orders to avoid civilian casualties. "It is never our deliberate effort to hit civilians," an official said, adding that all the dead and injured in Tuesday's attacks were militants.
The remote Tirah valley is an important junction for militants operating in Orakzai Agency and Bara sub-district of Khyber tribal region. Bara in particular has seen an uptick in violent incidents in recent weeks, including attacks on security forces. Peshawar has also come under pressure from militants operating in Bara, prompting calls from the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for action against militants in and around the provincial capital. In other incidents, two people were shot dead in Bara and Jamrud. (3)
Non Professional pilots of PAF:
PAF jets and helicopters are being operated by third class professional pilots and thousands of women and children have been killed under the cover of terrorists. In fact Pakistan has deceptive constitution and in the presence of fraudulent democracy there is no accountability of army officials. If it would have happened in any civilized country those pilots would be sent to jail in first instance. That is why foreign countries are humiliating our officials because according to comments of ordinary peoples on foreign websites those think that our army is mercenary force nothing else.
