Got this from a local blog - he makes sense - user name belushi

the mafia used to control the numbers racket...then the states
legalized and run lotteries....the mafia used to control unions...now
the democrats do....the mafia used to control casinos....now the
government licenses them and taxes them......the mafia used to control
the drug trade....now the government wants to run that too...do you see
a trend here ?
