Prior experience of interacting with off‐shore customers Software Engineer 1‐2 years experience of software development using JDeveloper, JSF/Rich faces,J2EE and Hibernate   Senior Software Engineer 4‐5 Years experience of software development out of which 1‐2 years of experience on work flow management application development preferably using Oracle BPM/BPEL & JDeveloper, Knowledge of J2EE, JSF/Richfaces and Hibernate will be a plus along with development using Java technologies J2EE, JSF/Rich faces, Spring.   Principal Software Engineer 7‐8 years experience of software development out of which 3‐4 years experience of developing large scale applications on Service Oriented Architecture preferably using Oracle SOA stack.   Sr. Software Engineer 4‐5 years experience of software development including 2‐3 years experience of implementing Oracle Web Portals, Oracle Web Logic, Oracle Identity Management and Single Sign‐on   Database/Portal Administrator 5‐6 years of experience Oracle database administration with strong knowledge of performance tuning, database design and backend software development using PL/SQL   Software Quality Engineer 2‐3 years of experience of software quality assurance. Ability to develop and execute test cases independently. Good knowledge of software development life cycle.
