We are looking for candidates for a large telecom multinational company

Position Title: Manager Legal
Position Location: Karachi

Salary: 55K to 70K

Essential Requirements:
-- 3 to 5 years legal work experience
-- Recent work experience in prestigious multinational (or similar)
company, or prestigious law firm.

Preferred: Law graduates having 3 to 5 years practical experience.
Sharp,confident, and having excellent understanding of legal matters.

Job Overview:
Manager (Legal) is responsible to provide management guidance for
legal proceedings, conducts service litigation, also ensures the
implementation of court's verdict.

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES

Education: Advanced degree in  Law
Expertise: Extensive legal experience

Other skills:
Negotiation skills
Time and Meeting Management
Excellent communication


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Legal affairs
Attend Disciplinary Proceedings
Monitor the implementation of employment laws
Provide guidance for Legal Proceedings
Conduct service Litigation
Monitor labor affairs, to ensure there are no legal complications
Prepare legal reports
Drafts and reviews various company documents.
Draft Plaints & Replies
Prepare legal correspondence.

Liaison with Regions
Follow up of Litigation at regional level.
Liaison with regions regarding Progress of Cases.

Control activities
• Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the
implementation of cost-efficient controls
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
