We are seeking candidates for a position at a Large Telecom
Multinational company

Position Title: Specialist Process Analysis and Quality Assurance
Position Location: Islamabad
Sector: Telecom
Company Type: Large Telecom Multinational Company
Salary: 28 to 56K

Essential Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of Quality/Process Improvement experience
- This experience should preferably be in an organizaiton in the
Service sector (Telecom, etc).
- Such experience in Admin (or related) Department preferred

Job Description

- Analyze various business processes within Administration department
(e.g. Transportation, Repair & Maintenance etc) by using statistical
and analytical tools.

- Customize these processes without compromising on the quality of output.

- Report process performance through KPI dashboards

- Develop maps, SOPs' and forms/templates to facilitate implementation
of proposals

- Train process teams for implementation

- Ensure continuous process improvement

The ideal candidate should

- Have 3 to 4 years of Quality/Process Improvement experience in
preferably a Service sector organization.
