Re: Grand Obstructionist Repblicans Block DADT Repeal, Vote No to helping 9/11 Responders, and No to Funding the Troops in a Time of War.

The 9th District Court of Appeals ruled DADT unconstitutional and
issued an injunction against its further practice.

THAT is killed mate. You know - dead, over, toast, kaput.

Someone is challenging that ruling, and it ain't no republican.

Stop denying that will ya?
