Obama Claims He Doesn't Take Special Op PAC Seriously…Puts Them on His Enemy List on Campaign Site

by Scotty Starnes

So Obama has now added a team of intelligence officers and special force operators to his enemies list. Obama claimed he didn't take them seriously, yet his campaign has an entire page dedicated to the group. This is the same campaign that has put Romney donors on this enemy list as well as having one audited. Obama seems to have a special affection for enemy lists and kill lists.

Special Operations for America and Veterans for a Strong America is a group intelligence officers and special force operators who have taken offense with Obama, and his campaign, taking credit for the killing of Bin Laden and leaking national security secrets, as Democrat Diane Feinstein admitted.

All Team Obama can do is distort, distract and lie while attempting to harass and slander the opposition. Obama can't stand on the truth because he runs a campaign of lies. Nixon's enemies list is nothing compared to Obama's. This is the false "hope and change" Obama has brought to Washington politics. A fraud is a fraud.

Go Dixie

GO DIXIE!!!

President Barack Obama was in the Oval Office when his telephone rang. "Hello, President Obama" a heavily accented southern voice said. "This is Archie, down here at Joe's Catfish Shack, in Mobile, and I am callin' to tell ya'll that we are officially declaring war on y'all!"

"Well Archie," Barack replied, "this is indeed important news! How big is your army?"

"Right now," said Archie, after a moment's calculation, "there is myself, my cousin Harold, my next-door-neighbor Randy, and the whole dart team from Hooters. That makes eight!"

Barack paused. "I must tell you Archie that I have one million men in my army waiting to move on my command."

"Wow," said Archie. "I'll have to call ya back!"
Sure enough, the next day, Archie called again. "Mr. Obama, the war is
still on! We have managed to acquire some infantry equipment!"

"And what equipment would that be Archie?" Barack asked.

"Well sir, we have two combines, a bulldozer, and Harry's farm tractor."

President Obama sighed. "I must tell you Archie, that I have 16,000 tanks and 14,000 armored personnel carriers. Also I've increased my army to one and a half million since we last spoke."

"Lord above," said Archie. "I'll be getting back to ya."
Sure enough, Archie called again the next day. "President Obama, I am sorry to have to tell you that we have had to call off this here war."

"I'm sorry to hear that," said Barack. "Why the sudden change of heart?"

Well, sir," said Archie, "we've all sat ourselves down and had a long chat over sweet tea and come to realize that there's just no way we can feed that many prisoners."

SOUTHERN CONFIDENCE CANNOT BE SHAKEN.

If you are a REAL Southerner, you won't even need to be told to pass this on!

GOD BLESS EVERYBODY

Organizers of NYC Ramadan service find bacon bits

Organizers of NYC Ramadan service find bacon bits

On Mon Aug 20, 2012 09:52 PM
Muslims gathering to celebrate the end of Ramadan at a New York City park found uncooked bacon scattered around, and police are investigating it as a possible bias crime.
See kids. If you're a Muslim and email love letters to Al Qaeda and then murder 13 of our troops while yelling allahu snackbar it has nothing to do with a hate crime or terrorism. But if you leave some tasty bacon bits around a Muslim you sir are the most evil hate crime bastard that ever lived.

The Real Swing Voters

The Real Swing Voters
Posted by David Boaz
August 21, 2012 @ 3:12 pm

A new poll from the Washington Post and the Kaiser Family Foundation looks at independent voters, the voters who presumably will decide this year's election. The poll finds that about a third of all voters call themselves independents. But "nearly two-thirds of Americans who describe themselves as independents act very much like partisan Republicans or partisan Democrats." Another quarter are "detached," with a low interest in politics and unlikely to vote.

Which leaves 13 percent of the independents, or about five percent of the total electorate, to be designated by the Post's Jon Cohen and Dan Balz as "Deliberators," people genuinely open to candidates of both parties. And the following figure reveals some pretty interesting things about them. They're virtually all registered to vote, they insist that they really do vote for candidates of both parties, and only about 60 percent currently plan to vote for either Obama or Romney. They're highly dissatisfied with today's political system.  And look at the next  two lines under "Issues": 64 percent support "smaller government with fewer services," and 63 percent favor gay marriage. The former position, of course, puts them closer to Republicans, and the latter closer to Democrats. These are the true swing voters, and they might well be described as fiscally conservative and socially liberal.

Fwd: Paul Ryan and Atlas Shrugged

Paul Ryan and Atlas Shrugged

We are pleased to share with you the following message to ARI contributors from Yaron Brook.

Dear Contributor:

The selection of Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin as the likely Republican nominee for vice president has elevated yet again the visibility of Ayn Rand in the culture.

Ryan is by his own admission not an Objectivist. On the other hand, he is, again by his own admission, an unabashed admirer of Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged.

The very idea that a major party candidate for the nation's second highest elective office would have read and publicly admired Ayn Rand and at least some of her ideas is something that would have been unimaginable a generation ago.

Let me be clear: as a 501(c)(3) organization we cannot and will not endorse or oppose any political candidate.

But we can—and will—do all that we can to seize the opportunity that this development offers us to promote Ayn Rand and her philosophy.

This is where you come in.

Congressman Ryan's well-publicized ties to Atlas Shrugged have created an eruption in the media at a critical period in the November 2012 election cycle.

The Left have predictably pounced on what they perceive as a "fatal flaw" in the Ryan selection: his admiration for Rand and her views which one recent op-ed parodied as a "dystopic screed against big government."

At the same time, many on the mainstream Right appear to be backpedaling on the Ryan-Rand linkage, caving in to the Leftists.

Our aim is not to take sides in that particular debate, because we cannot. Instead we seek to use this publicity and greater attention given to Rand, as a result of this news, to explain her ideas to the public as only we can—doing so at a time when we are more likely to be heard than ever before.

We are already, in fact, experiencing a sharp increase in requests for information and media interviews.

We believe that this heightened attention to Ayn Rand can be leveraged to promote critical ARC programs and upcoming initiatives—particularly the publication of Don Watkins's and my book, Free Market Revolution: How Ayn Rand's Ideas Can End Big Government.

In support of Free Market Revolution, Don and I will be crisscrossing the country in the months ahead—with the aim of giving at least 100 public talks, appearing at Tea Party events, book signings, and the like. We will maintain, expand and constantly update our blog site, Laissez-Faire: The Uncompromised Case for Capitalism. We are promoting the book, and, more important, the ideas behind it, through every possible means: print media, radio and TV, FaceBook, Twitter and other social media.

Independent of the outcome of the November election, crucial work remains ahead of us in promoting Ayn Rand and the moral case for capitalism. The public's interest in the election itself appears to be shaping up as a matchless opportunity to amplify our efforts still further.

With your support we believe we can seize this opportunity.

In the Ryan selection we see yet again evidence of the continued rise of Ayn Rand's name and ideas in the culture. It has provoked vitriol among the Left, and trepidation among some on the Right.

It is our responsibility to see that we do all we can to capitalize on the media attention which is once again being focused upon Rand and her ideas. With your assistance I believe we can do just that.

Many thanks for your consideration and support!

Sincerely,

Yaron Brook
President and Executive Director

PS: We will hold our fourth annual Atlas Shrugged Revolution dinner in New York City on September 20. It promises to be a great evening; I hope you will consider attending!
