Tonight at 8 PM ET (5 PM PT), I will host my third Yowie.com online townhall from the University of California's Washington, DC center.

The event is being sponsored by Johns Hopkins University and the format will differ slightly from our previous townhalls.

I will begin with a 25 minute address to a live audience on the topic of "Liberty and Governance." After my remarks, I will answer questions from those in attendance and from the online audience.
