There has to be a lot of truth to this. I want to know why the Russians are currently building 5,000 more bomb shelters around Moscow. They do not have that kind of money to waste on public projects. They know something catastrophic will happen soon!! Please GLP members, anyone with information, please let us know so we can prepare. Doesn't sound like a flood, bomb shelters won't survive a flood very well.
