When Government 'plans' and 'manages' people no longer control THEIR property -- it is instead subject to Government whims.

We need a President/Congress/Government that is going to GUT spending, GUT taxes and ELIMINATE regulation. Romney, like Obama, is going to simply 'fine tune' these in an effort to REWARD his favored.

You, apparently, continue to measure one party by what they say rather than what they do. It is the ACTION that is of greatest concern.
Obama has expanded/continued upon Bush policies/programs ... and Romney promises to do the same -- complete with many/most of the Bush advisors in tow.

Again, why would someone endorse a candidate that stands AGAINST your principles?

You are also confused with your definitions, specifically with what "Fascism" means, but we have discussed this previously, and apparently for naught.

The big difference between us, is that I remain a Republican. I am still in the fight. I don't like the rules changes, and I will do everything within my power to rid our party of the Blue-Blood Rockefellerian elitist RINO's that have (through money this year) hijacked our party. We have seen how free speech in the world has been whittled away, bit
by bit, going from prohibiting harm to punishing mere intent - and
intent regarding only certain people. We see the next iteration in
America being hate speech bans, the touchstone for which is the effect
one's speech has on another's feelings.

It wasn't muzzies who sued to remove "under God" from the Pledge of
Allegiance, to remove the Ten Commandments from that Alabama
courthouse, to remove nativity scenes from public venues, to remove
group prayer from public schools, to say grace over their school
lunches, to prohibit christian songs or to remove decorative lights
from schools at Christmas.

The RNC rule-change power grab is an abomination. I am appalled at this power grab by the RNC. Talk about attempting to create a dictator!

Nevertheless, Dr. Paul should have gracefully bowed out and implored his delegates and supporters to support the platform right now. This rule can be debated at a later time and long before the election in 2016,

(CNSNews.com) – President Barack Obama endorsed a constitutional amendment that would restrict the free-speech rights of political activist groups by overturning the Supreme Court decision in the landmark Citizens United v FEC case that granted First Amendment rights to corporations.

"Over the longer term, I think we need to seriously consider mobilizing a constitutional amendment process to overturn Citizens United," Obama wrote during a question and answer session on the website Reddit on Wednesday.

"Even if the amendment process falls short, it can shine a spotlight of the super-PAC phenomenon and help apply pressure for change."

In its decision, the Supreme Court said that the government could not restrict the free-speech rights of organizations during elections, striking down key provisions of the McCain-Feingold campaign finance law.

That law restricted how much money independent political organizations could spend and banned them from engaging in election-related speech 60 days prior to a general election.
