آج کی تراویح

-یہ تراویح نویں پارے کے ربع آخر سے دسویں پارے کے آخر تک کی تلاوت پر مشتمل ہے۔ سورۂ انفال میں مالِ غنیمت کے بارے میں ارشادِ باری تعالیٰ ہے کہ ''مالِ غنیمت کا پانچواں حصہ بیت المال میں رکھا جائے۔ یہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول کا حصہ ہے تاکہ رشتہ داروں، یتیموں، مسکینوں اور مسافروں کے کام آئے۔ باقی چار حصے پوری فوج میں تقسیم کردیئے جائیں''۔ اللہ تعالیٰ ارشاد فرماتا ہے کہ ''اے ایمان والو! اللہ اور اس کے رسول کے حکم سے سرتابی نہ کرو اور اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی آواز پر لبیک کہو۔ اللہ، آدمی اور اس کے دل کے درمیان حائل ہے اور ہم سب اسی کی طرف لوٹ کر جانے والے ہیں''۔ اس کے بعد اللہ تعالیٰ جہاد کی تلقین فرماتا ہے کہ ''اے ایمان والو! کفار سے جنگ کرو یہاں تک کہ فتنہ باقی نہ رہے۔ ہاں، اگر وہ فتنے سے باز آجائیں تو اللہ ان کے اعمال کو دیکھنے والا ہے۔ یقینا اللہ کے نزدیک بدترین لوگ وہ ہیں جو حق کو ماننے سے انکار کرتے ہیں''۔ ''اے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! مومنوں کو جہاد کی تلقین کرو۔ اگر تمہارا عزم پختہ ہے اور تم صابر بھی ہو تو تم اپنے سے دس گنا زیادہ تعداد والے دشمن پر بھی غالب ہوگے۔ جنگ کے قیدیوں کو محض فدیہ حاصل کرنے کی خاطر قید رکھنا مناسب نہیں۔ وقت اور موقع کا تقاضا اگر ان کی ہلاکت ہی ہے تو دشمن کو کچل دینا ہی بہتر ہے''۔ اس کے بعد مہاجر اور انصار کے بارے میں ارشادِ ربی ہے کہ ''جو ایمان لائے اور جنہوں نے اللہ کی راہ میں گھر بار چھوڑا، ہجرت کی، تکالیف اس کی رضا اور خوشنودی کی خاطر برداشت کیں، اور دوسری طرف جنہوں نے انہیں پناہ دی اور مدد کی، وہی سچے مومن ہیں۔ ان کے لئے بخشش اور بہترین رزق ہے۔ مہاجر اور انصار بھائی بھائی ہیں۔ لیکن ایک دوسرے کے وارث نہیں''۔ اب سورۂ توبہ شروع ہوتی ہے۔ اس سورۃ کو شروع کرتے وقت بسم اللہ نہیں پڑھتے۔ کیوں کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا بھی یہی طریقہ تھا۔ اس سورۃ میں صلح حدیبیہ کا ذکر فرمایا گیا ہے کہ کفارِ قریش نے حسد کی بنا پر حدیبیہ کے صلح نامہ کو توڑ دیا تھا۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی طرف سے ان مشرکین کی ذمہ داری ختم ہوگئی جنہوں نے معاہدہ توڑ ڈالا۔ حجِ اکبر کے دن اللہ اور اس کے رسولؐ کی طرف سے یہ اعلان کیا گیا کہ اللہ اور اس کا رسول، مشرکین سے بری الذمہ ہیں۔ اس کے بعد حکم ہوا کہ مشرکین اللہ کی مسجدوں کے مجاور اور خادم نہیں بن سکتے، لہٰذا مشرکین کا حرم شریف میں داخلہ بند کردیا گیا اور بیت اللہ کا برہنہ طواف ممنوع قرار دیا گیا۔ مسلمانوں کو ہدایت دی گئی کہ اگر تمہارے باپ اور بھائی بھی حالت ِکفر میں ہوں تو ان کو اپنا رفیق نہ بنائو۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ارشاد فرماتا ہے کہ جہاد کے سلسلے میں لوگوں کے عذر قبول نہ کیجئے' یہ جھوٹے ہیں اور بہانہ تراشتے ہیں۔اے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! فاسق اور منافق کی قسموں کا اعتبار نہ کیجئے۔ یہ ہرگز آپؐ میں سے نہیں ہیں۔ انہیں جب موقع ملے گا، آپؐ کو چھوڑ کر بھاگ جائیں گے۔ منافق مرد اور منافق عورتیں سب ایک سے ہیں۔ ان پر اللہ کی پھٹکار ہے۔ ان کی نمازِ جنازہ تک ممنوع فرمادی گئی ہے۔ اس سورۃ میں زکوٰۃ کے مصارف متعین فرمادیے گئے ہیں۔ آٹھ مصارف جو کہ من جانب اللہ مقرر ہوئے ہیں وہ درج ذیل ہیں: (1) غریبوں کے لئے (2) محتاجوں کے لئے (3) نظام زکوٰۃ کے کارکنوں کے لئے (4) تالیفِ قلوب کے لئے (5) غلاموں کی آزادی کے لئے (6) قرض داروں کی مدد کے لئے (7) اللہ کی راہ میں (8) مسافروں کی مدد کے لئے۔

Dear Mr. Collins:

 

Thank you for contacting me about H.R. 459, the Federal Reserve Transparency Act. I have heard from many Tennesseans about this bill and I appreciate the opportunity to respond. 

The Fed has been harshly criticized for the many unprecedented actions it has taken to help stave off the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. Following the Great Depression, the Fed vowed that inaction would never lead to another economic collapse. It is important to remember that the Fed's ability to use all the tools in its toolbox played a crucial role in ensuring we didn't fall off the cliff.

 

You may know that the Federal Reserve is audited every year by an independent auditor. In addition, the Government Accountability Office audited the Fed last July. I agree with the need for transparency and openness, and I have long supported measures that increase government accountability. There needs to be a proper balance between the Fed's actions and its transparency, and congressional oversight to ensure the Fed can act to prevent similar crises in the future.

 

H.R. 459, however, would not just audit the Fed's books. It would also subject the Fed's monetary policy decisions to congressional review. Many lawmakers, including myself, have not agreed with every decision made by the Fed. However, I voted against this bill because the Fed must remain completely independent. Any political influence over the Fed's decisions would unquestionably jeopardize its ability to conduct monetary policy and respond to our economic needs in good economic times or in bad. We need economic experts, not politicians, running the Fed.

We regret to disagree to both you and Hamid because we do not want selection type of elections time is ripe that our ruling class should decide which system they can provide (other than "self serving" they provided for 60 years) and ofcourse we do not want reckless peoples like Khomeini or Mao, reckless hoodlum in case of Mao, no we do not want them.

Hamid Mir summed up his Capital Talk show by saying that they (the panellists) had analysed the problems of Pakistan and the panacea for all of them was elections, elections, and elections.

I beg to disagree.  Who would all do they think shall be given the party tickets for the next and the next thereafter ad infinitum  elections to contest and win?  The same chips of the same block -  Baap nahi tau Beta, Beti nahi tau Bahu, Bhanja nahi tau bhateeja, Chacha nahi tau Mama,  - - - - again ad infinitum. What choice would the poor electorate have except to choose one among from the same luteras?

There will be no change whatsoever and the same professional and hereditary corrupt plunderers will rule over this hapless nation unless some Khomeini or Mao rids them of the gnawing sharks and leeches!
