Re: Zimmerman shooting not a hate crime
First, to infer or insinuate that I am somehow a racist, is rather insulting. I am far from it.
I am a realist. You Sir, are a dreamer. To suggest that there are forty percent of Blacks who are imprisoned illegally of who are innocent is not only far fetched and not supported by any evidence, it shows your total disregard for truth, and reality. I will admit that there are some laws which have been passed, although with the bes of intentions, did in fact turn out to be discriminatory. The Federal Crack laws, which have now been modified, were for years discriminatory toward blacks. There are others that I could list, and I will also admit that young black males between the ages of 15 and 30 are more than likely discriminated against because of their race.
Having said that, there is not doubt, that the crimes committed in the United States are committed predominately by Blacks, period. Look at the "Black-On-Black" homicide rates! We can all point to statistics and I also will admit that most crime stems from poverty and lack of education, but still, the bottom line is that the predominance of crime in the United States is committed by Black Americans.
Now, to your point about Zimmerman, I think I can sum it up thusly: "WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT"?
We have discussed here in the Group months ago, how the first thing that the mainstream media wanted to gloss over, and something that you now want to gloss over, was the fact that Zimmerman was treated by paramedics at the scene of the incident. Ergo, the explanation as to why the lack of blood when Zimmerman exited the police cruiser:
Uhm.....The laws of gravity dictate why blood will run down in a vertical fashion, from one's head if it's cut or has an abrasion.
I don't really know what your point is, or what it is that you think you have established or proven here, but as others have pointed out, Zimmerman had as much right to be out in HIS neighborhood, as did Travyon Martin. I suspect that Trayvon Martin didn't know that Zimmerman was armed, and got "Thuggish". Which is the case in a whole lotta crimes these days in Florida:
