This health hazard and social menace is what the Left regards as America's next great political cause?

WASHINGTON -- As the tents were coming down at McPherson Square, the dead rats and mice being retrieved, the urine and feces and filthy bedding disposed of by District of Columbia employees dressed in hazardous-materials suits like their contemporaries at Fukushima, I thought of the left-wing press. You see, I read the left-wing press. Not the urban throwaway rags, but I read theNation, the Progressive, the American Prospect, and more -- I read them all. They have been raving for months about the exciting prospect of a great wave of reform coming out of the Occupiers' Movement. It was here to stay, and for a while silly old me took them seriously.

Not the "Masturbate for Peace" movement, which made its rude appearance in Madison, Wisconsin, nor the "Urinate and Defecate Against World Hunger" crowd, who occasionally made headlines in Manhattan. Rather, I mean the-out-of-work Ph.D.s in Romance Languages or the mild mannered, middle-class schoolteachers, who the left-wing press kept coming across midst the delusional rabble. The left-wing journalists interviewed them. To read their reports one would think that this Occupy Movement really was sweeping America, rather than on its last legs and being shut down. Their end was coming for very good reasons, I might add. The Occupy Movement was a health hazard, occasionally a serious crime scene -- rape, robbery, and mayhem -- and in most places throughout the country it was in contravention of simple laws against vagrancy.

Illustrious names from journalism's past -- even theNew York Review of Books -- were showing themselves to be utterly out of touch with the way things are in America today with budgets so out of balance and economic growth so slight. Even President Barack Obama and other eminentoes from the Democratic Party sided with the Occupiers long after the Occupiers had discredited themselves. Now for the most part the Occupiers are no more. Yet the left-wing press raves on, and I suppose the mainstream media is complicit. This movement was more degenerate than they reported.

In the Progressive someone by the name of Naomi Klein attests, "I've never seen anything like this in my life. Every day, new occupations [sic] are growing, not just in this country. People are so excited to have a new tent in which to meet, and the possibility of it expanding limitlessly. Political courage is contagious." So, apparently, is hysteria.

Some of it was very funny? Did former Senator George McGovern make an appearance at Zuccotti Park? The New York Review of Books reports, "A bedraggled man who had arrived that day from Hawaii announced his candidacy for president and asked for the movement's blessing." I did not know George was in Hawaii. Yet some of it demonstrated just how dismissive of the truth the American left really is. There was this from theNation in January, "The Occupation encampments that enlivened approximately 1,400 cities this fall provided a vivid template for the 99 percent's growing sense of unity. Here were thousands of people -- we may never know the exact numbers -- from all walks of life, living outdoors in the streets and parks…. The 99 percent, which might have seemed to be a purely aspirational category just a few month ago, began to will itself into existence." Ninety-nine percent? Does that include me? Does it include the 40 percent of the country that usually polls conservative, and the almost equally large percentage that polls independent? Who is deluding whom, and remember the entire left-wing press bought into this garbagespiel, most probably along with much of the major media.

I have been saying for some time that Liberalism is dead. I shall even be coming out with a book on the subject in a couple of months. That the hitherto respectable magazines of the left would push such nonsense is to be included in my diagnosis. There was a day when the Liberals would argue according to some standards of objectivity. They would not push a line that was absolute flapdoodle. Yet Liberalism is dead. The Occupation hysteria adopted by every single journal on the left is but another proof of it. Those who read the left-wing press ought to demand their money back. They could have been killed at McPherson Square or Zuccotti Park, or at least have been robbed or raped.

Catholic Bishops take note: It's a HUDNA! Please don't do it.

Barack Hussain Obama a man brought up in a Muslim tradition is trying to use a weapon against the Catholic Church as old as Islam itself. A Hudna is a tactical cease-fire designed to trick an enemy into dropping his guard so you can kill him while he sleeps.

Saddam's thugs used it to prolong the battle over Falujah. They tricked George Bush into a hudna and used the time to rest and regroup.

The plan

Since Obama neither understands nor cares about Catholics he has been juggling the issue of force Catholic institutions to cover abortion and contraception as part of their employee health insurance plans.He was hoping the heretofore supine Catholic bishops would remain silent as they historically have when Democrats have assaulted religious liberties.

He was expecting the non-existent "outrage" over forcing Catholic pharmacists to sell RU486 pills. Why would he think otherwise? He has no genuine Catholics in his inner circle and in fact is taking advice on this crisis from a Protestant Minister who believes this is "so fixable" – if only the Catholics would just cave.

What's on the table

In 2008 Obama won the Catholic vote by an impressive 54/45 margin. There was much rejoicing by the Left over the return of Catholic "sanity" after they had voted 52/47 for Bush in 2004.

A closer look at the 14 point swing shows why Obama and his CINOs (Catholics in Name Only) desperately want a hudna. Among actual Catholics those who attend mass weekly and heard the Bishops letter calling them to fight Obama, he lost 50/49. This may seem like a small margin but when juxtaposed with the overall results it is a 13 point swing against Obama.

Using the Notre Dame controversy as a measurement of Obama's popularity among actual Catholics makes the situation crystal clear: By 45/37 they disapproved of inviting Obama to speak.

Since 45% of Catholics are regularly attending Mass the number of people who heard the letter numbers about 30 million. An eight point deficit among 30 million added to Obama's other documented reelection problems elevates tricking the Catholic Bishops into this hudna to priority one.

A successful hudna will "calm" Catholics into believing that anything this Muslim trained president says will be honored once he is reelected.

"Muslims have every right to lie and to deceive their adversaries, and a promise made to a non-Muslim can be broken whenever necessary."

Please don't do it, bishops.

While Fraudsters have the Capabilities of Stealing Millions of Credentials,
Eventually They Can Cash Out Only as Many Mules as They Have Access to

Every fraud operation can be split into two parts: obtaining credentials and
cashout. In the former, fraudsters use various tools and methods, such as
Phishing, Vishing and malware to obtain information on their victims. In the
latter, fraudsters monetize the stolen data, or in other words - they
perform a "cashout". There are various forms of cashout, depending on the
type of credentials that the fraudsters have in their possession (and that,
in turn, is derived from the type of tool or method used to obtain them in
the former stage). Cashing out credit cards stolen from a hacked online
merchant, a "shopadmin" in fraudster terminology, is usually done by
ordering items online and later selling them off. Online banking
credentials, on the other hand, would be usually cashed out through a money
transfer to another account. In both cases, and most other types of cashout,
the fraudster would need an online account or a real-world shipping address
in his possession. Those are usually obtained through the use of mules.

Money MuleIn the "old days", fraudsters who controlled mules mostly
recruited them in the real-world. Unlike the hackers, who could sit on the
other end of the planet, "mule herders" had no such luxury. The mules
themselves were often junkies and other accomplices of the mule herder
interested in making a quick buck. Today, however, is a whole different
story. As in other areas of fraud, fraudsters were able to streamline the
process of recruiting and controlling mules with an astounding success rate,
while overcoming the biggest barrier of the mule herders - location,
location, location. By cracking the formula of recruiting and herding mules
online, fraudsters can sit in Russia, Nigeria or any other place on the
planet and run a very efficient mule operation anywhere on the planet. A
single mule herder can run multiple mule operations, each focusing on a
different country and language. If in the past most mules were accomplices,
today they're mostly unwitting mules, regular Joes who get scammed into
being mules and are not necessarily less innocent than the actual victims of
the fraud.

Just like any other type of scam, mule recruitment can be executed in
various levels of sophistication. They all share a common trait - they all
approach job searchers with a cover story of being a legitimate company
searching for "work-from-home" employees, who came across the recipient's CV
and is interested in recruiting him/her. The least sophisticated type of
mule recruitment is done exclusively via E-mail. Similar to a Nigerian scam,
individuals receive an E-mail from "company X" describing the usual shtick,
without forgetting of course to mention the wage that they offer in an
attempt to lure the recipient. The E-mail then simply asks the recipient to
reply to the message and send his/her personal information. More
sophisticated operations contain a link to a website of the fake company,
appearing much more convincing as a legitimate employer. In some operations,
long and legitimate-looking employment contracts are sent to the mules
during the "recruited process", again to mask the truth by appearing
legitimate. The most sophisticated mule recruitment operations, though, have
full-fledged CRM systems used to keep track and manage the "employees" and
the status of their work. These incredibly sophisticated systems allow the
mule herders to go over the details of individuals who replied back, track
items or funds sent to the mules and communicate with them through a
messaging service. Operations with this level of sophistication are more
common than you'd think. So common, that some underground vendors make their
living exclusively by offering this type of platform to their nefarious
buyers.

If at the beginning only "traditional" mule roles, accepting items bought
with stolen credit cards or money sent through a wire transfer, were
recruited online - over time fraudsters learned and still learn how to
recruit mules for other ventures. "In-store carding" mules, for example.
These mules, who were traditionally accomplices of the fraudster, walk into
brick-and-mortar merchants with fake plastic cards encoded with stolen
credit card information. They purchase high-value items, re-encode the data
of another stolen card and then go "hit" other merchants. Today, unwitting
mules are recruited specifically for that task, believing they scored a
"mystery shopping" position in a company evaluating retailer employees. They
go into retail stores with a fake card that was sent to them by the mule
herder and purchase an item they were told in advance to purchase. As
"mystery shoppers" don't get to keep the items they bought for evaluation,
they of course must send the merchandise and the credit card back to their
employer (the mule herder), with the promise that their expenses will be
added to a promised paycheck. To completely pull the wool over the mule's
eyes, he or she is then requested to complete a detailed survey of the
shopping experience at the retailer. The charade continues for an entire
month, during which time the mule receives different fake cards for every
purchase. Then, when it's time to receive the paycheck for his/her hard
work, the boss suddenly stops replying to any E-mails and disappears. The
mule herder has already moved on to another mule.

Today, almost all mule jobs have been filled by unwitting victims and it's
only a matter of time that fraudsters learn how to recruit them for the
rest. Legitimate sites give us a glimpse for what the future holds. Multiple
legitimate service providers offer individuals on their web sites to apply
for a job and perform it from home, much like the mule recruitment scams.
Some of them offer positions that would fit well into the fraud ecosystem,
such as an over-the-phone "mystery shopper" service. These services use
independent workers who register online to call businesses and evaluate the
level of customer service administered. As fraudsters operate "by-fraudsters
for-fraudster" call centers, it's only a matter of time we'll see them
recruiting mules for these positions as well.

While recruiting unwitting mules definitely has its benefits, they are still
much harder to manage than accomplices. Another mule-related trend is the
"J-1 mules" - accomplices of the fraudsters who fly to the United States on
a temporary J1 Visa, open bank accounts using fake passports and receive
fraudulent money transfers to those accounts. Travelling mules from other
countries are not only popular in the United States, but in Europe as well.
The proliferation of budget airlines in the continent has made it profitable
to send accomplices across the border. We've seen cases where mule herders
purchased their mules' flight tickets with stolen credit cards and sent them
across the border just to pick up some items bought with a different set of
stolen cards.

Mules have been considered to be the "bottleneck" of fraud. While fraudsters
have the capabilities of stealing millions of credentials, eventually they
can cash out only as many mules as they have access to. Fraudsters are aware
of it just as much as security professionals and they invest their efforts,
resources, time and ingenuity to open this bottleneck as much as they can.
Because of it, we can expect new scams and innovations coming from
fraudsters not only in the realm of obtaining credentials or new ways to
cash them out, but also in establishing the infrastructure that allows them
to do just that.

- She was flogged -- given 40 lashes as hundreds of Muslim spectators jeered -- for embracing a "foreign religion."

- The happy cheers of Christian children singing carols "became terrified whimpers" when four Muslims, one of them with an axe, barged into the church, slapped the children, wrecked the furniture, and kicked the altar -- for "disturbing their prayers."

The beginning of the New Year saw only an increase in the oppression of Christians under Islam, from Nigeria, where an all-out jihad has been declared in an effort to eradicate the Muslim north of all Christians, to Europe, where Muslim converts to Christianity are still hounded and attacked as apostates. According to the Chairman of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, "The flight of Christians out of the region is unprecedented and it's increasing year by year"; in our life time alone, he predicts "Christians might disappear altogether from Iraq, Afghanistan, and Egypt."

The Intersection

An international report found that Muslim nations make up nine out of the top ten countries where Christians face the "most severe" persecution. In response to these findings, a Vatican spokesman said that "Among the most serious concerns, the increase in Islamic extremism merits special attention. Persons and organizations dedicated to extremist Islamic ideology perpetrate terrible acts of violence in many places throughout the world: the Boko Haram sect in Nigeria is but one example. Then there is the climate of insecurity that unfortunately in some countries accompanies the so-called "Arab spring"—a climate that drives many Christians to flee and even to emigrate."

Categorized by theme, January's batch of Muslim persecution of Christians around the world includes (but is not limited to) the following accounts, listed in alphabetical order by country, not severity of anecdote.

APOSTASY

Iran: A Christian convert who was arrested in her home has been sentenced to two years in prison. Previously she endured five months of uncertainty detained in the notorious Evin prison, where the government hoped she would come to her senses and renounce Christianity. She was convicted of "broad anti-Islamic propaganda, deceiving citizens by formation of what is called a house church, insulting sacred figures and action against national security." Likewise, Iranian Pastor Yousef Nadarkhani continues to suffer in prison. Most recently, he rejected an offer to be released if he publicly acknowledged Islam's prophet Muhammad as "a messenger sent by God," which would amount to rejecting Christianity, as Muhammad/Koran reject it.

Kenya: Muslim apostates seeking refuge in Kenya are being tracked and attacked by Muslims from their countries of origin: An Ethiopian who, upon converting to Christianity, was shot by his father, kidnapped and almost killed, is now receiving threatening text messages. Likewise, a Ugandan convert to Christianity is in hiding, his movements severely restricted since "the Muslims are looking to kill me. I need protection and help."

Kuwait: A royal prince who openly declared that he has converted to Christianity, confirmed the reality that he now might be targeted for killing as an apostate.

Norway: While out for a walk, two Iranian converts to Christianity were stabbed with knives by masked men shouting "infidels!" One of the men stabbed had converted in Iran, was threatened there, and immigrated to Norway, thinking he could escape persecution there.

Somalia: A female convert to Christianity was paraded before a cheering crowd and publicly flogged as punishment for embracing a "foreign religion." Imprisoned since November, "the public whipping was meant to mark her release." She received 40 lashes as hundreds of Muslim spectators jeered. An eyewitness said: "I saw her faint. I thought she had died, but soon she regained consciousness and her family took her away." Likewise, "Somali Islamists arrested a Muslim father after two of his children converted to Christianity" and fled. He is accused of "failing to raise his sons as good Muslims, because "good Muslims cannot convert to Christianity."

Zanzibar: After being robbed, a Muslim convert to Christianity called police to his house; they discovered a Bible during their inspection. The course of inquiry immediately changed from searching for the thieves to asking why he "was practicing a forbidden faith." He was imprisoned for eight months without trial, and, since being released, has been rejected by his family and is now homeless and diseased.

CHURCH ATTACKS

Azerbaijan: A pastor has been threatened with criminal proceedings following a raid on his church during Sunday service. Earlier, he was told that "a criminal case had been launched over religious literature arousing incitement over other faiths," and was pressured by authorities to leave the area, which he did, traveling great distances each week to lead church services.

Egypt: Before a bishop was going to inaugurate the incomplete Abu Makka church and celebrate the Epiphany mass, a large number of Salafis and Muslim Brotherhood members entered the building, asserting that the church had no license and so no one should pray in it. One Muslim remarked that the building would be suitable for a mosque and a hospital.

Indonesia: A sticker on the back of the car of a member of the beleaguered Yasmin church saying "We need a friendly Islam, not an angry Islam," distributed by the family of the late Muslim president, prompted another Islamic attack on the church: scores of Muslims "terrorized the congregation and attacked several church members." Since 2008, the congregation has been forced to hold Sunday services on the sidewalk outside the church and then later in the home of parishioners. Not satisfied, hundreds of Muslims later searched and found the private home where members were congregating and holding service and prevented them from worshiping there as well: "It crosses the line now. The protesters now come to the residential area, which is not a public place." A new report notes that anti-Christian attacks have nearly doubled in the last year.

Nigeria: Soon after jihadis issued an ultimatum giving Christians three days to evacuate the region or die, armed Muslims stormed a church and "opened fire on worshippers as their eyes were closed in prayer," killing six, including the pastor's wife. Then, as friends and relatives gathered to mourn the deaths of those slain, "Allahu Akbar" screaming Muslims appeared and opened fire again, killing another 20 Christians. Several other churches were bombed, and seven more killed.

Pakistan: Enraged by the voices of children singing carols at a nearby church, Muslims praying in a mosque decided to silence them—including with an axe: "The children were preparing for mass to be celebrated the next day which was a Sunday. The loud cheers became terrified whimpers when suddenly four men, one of them with an axe, barged into the church. The men slapped the children, wrecked the furniture, smashed the microphone on to the floor and kicked the altar. "You are disturbing our prayers. We can't pray properly. How dare you use the mike and speakers?" (Islam forbids Christians from celebrating loudly in church, banning bells, microphones, etc.) Also, a center owned by the Catholic church for 125 years, and used for "charitable purposes"—it housed a home for the elderly, a girls' school, a convent and chapel for prayer—was demolished, after it was discovered that its land is worth much money; in the process, demolition workers destroyed Bibles, crosses, and a statue of Our Lady.

Zanzibar: Muslims destroyed two churches: one was torched, while the other demolished—all to yells of "Allahu Akbar."

DHIMMITUDE

[General Abuse, Debasement, and Suppression of non-Muslim "Second-Class Citizens"]

Denmark: In Muslim majority Odense, an Iranian Christian family had two cars consecutively vandalized—windows smashed, seats cut up, and set ablaze—because the cars had crucifixes hanging in them; the family has since relocated to an undisclosed location. Likewise, "Church Ministry" will change its name to "Ministry of Philosophy of Life" to accommodate Muslims.

Egypt: In the latest round of collective punishment, a mob of over 3000 Muslims attacked Christians in a village because of a rumor that a Coptic man had intimate photos of a Muslim woman on his phone (denied by the man). Coptic homes and shops were looted before being set ablaze. Three were injured, while "terrorized" women and children who lost their homes stood in the streets with no place to go. As usual, it took the army an hour to drive 2 kilometers to the village and none of the perpetrators were arrested.

Nigeria: Boko Haram Muslims set ablaze a Christian missionary home. Occupants of the home, mostly orphans and the less-privileged, were rendered homeless as a result. Meanwhile, a top officer allowed the mastermind behind the Christmas Day church bombings to escape, evincing how well entrenched Islamists are in government.

Pakistan: A judge has denied bail to the latest Christian charged with desecrating the Koran, under Pakistan's blasphemy laws, despite the lack of evidence against him: according to Sharia, the word of a Christian is half that of his Muslim accuser (his landlord).

Saudi Arabia: Officials strip-searched 29 Christian women and assaulted six Christian men after arresting them for holding a prayer meeting at a private home. Imprisoned last month without trial, they have not been told when or if they will be released. Authorities conducted the strip searches of the women, who insisted they had committed no crime, in unsanitary conditions. As a result, some of the women have been injured and are suffering illnesses, but authorities have provided no medical treatment.

Sudan: Authorities threatened to arrest church leaders if they engage in "evangelistic activities" and fail to comply with an order for churches to provide names and identifications: "The order was aimed at oppressing Christians amid growing hostilities toward Christianity… Sudanese law prohibits missionaries from evangelizing, and converting from Islam to another religion is punishable by imprisonment or death in Sudan, though previously such laws were not strictly enforced." Accordingly, days and weeks later, two evangelists were arrested on spurious charges and beat by police.

Turkey: A Christian asylum seeker who fled from Iran because of his faith "was brutally assaulted by his Turkish employer with hot water and his body was severely burned," due to "the extreme religious views" of his Muslim employer, who "told him he had no rights and that he would not pay him any money," after the Christian asked for his agreed wages. He "is just one example of hundreds of Iranian Christian asylum seekers who are living in such situations in Turkey."

ABDUCTIONS, RANSOM, MURDER

Egypt: The abduction of a 16-year old Christian girl, who disappeared over a month ago, has become a "tug of war between the Christian family and Muslim lawyers." The court sided with the Islamists, ordering the girl to be held in a state-owned care home till she reaches 18—the legal age of conversion—instead of returning her to her family. Coptic activists argue that the decision "encourages Islamists to continue unabated the abduction of Christian minors for conversion to Islam."

Pakistan: A Christian girl who was abducted in 2001 when she was 15 and forced to marry a Muslim, returned to her Catholic family after 10 years. Her case is not an isolated case: "there are at least 700 cases a year of Christian girls kidnapped and forced to marry Muslims. Likewise, "within the past three months, nine women have been abducted and forcibly converted to Islam."

Sudan: After a large truck smashed through the gates of a Catholic Church compound, Muslims affiliated with Sudan's Islamic government kidnapped two Catholic priests and "severely beat" them and looted their living quarters, stealing two vehicles, two laptops and a safe. Later, the kidnappers forced the priests to call their bishop with a ransom demand of 500,000 Sudanese pounds (US$185,530).

Switzerland: A Muslim man hacked his daughter to death for dating a Christian: were they dating in a Muslim-dominated country, the Christian, as so often happens, would have likely received similar treatment.

Syria: The Christian community in Syria has been hit by a series of kidnappings and brutal murders; 100 Christians were killed since the anti-government unrest began; "children were being especially targeted by the kidnappers, who, if they do not receive the ransom demanded, kill the victim, including some who are "cut into pieces and thrown in a river." These latest reports are reminiscent of the anti-Christian attacks that have become commonplace in Iraq for a decade.

Tajikistan: A young man dressed as Father Frost—the Russian equivalent of Father Christmas—was stabbed to death while visiting relatives and bringing gifts. The Muslim mob beating and stabbing him screamed "you infidel!" leading police to cite "religious hatred" as motivation.

About this Series

Because the persecution of Christians in the Islamic world is on its way to reaching epidemic proportions, "Muslim Persecution of Christians" was developed to collate some—by no means all—of the instances of Muslim persecution of Christians that surface each month. It serves two purposes:

Intrinsically, to document that which the mainstream media does not: the habitual, if not chronic, Muslim persecution of Christians.
Instrumentally, to show that such persecution is not "random," but systematic and interrelated—that it is rooted in a worldview inspired by Sharia.

Accordingly, whatever the anecdote of persecution, it typically fits under a specific theme, including hatred for churches and other Christian symbols; sexual abuse of Christian women; forced conversions to Islam; apostasy and blasphemy laws; theft and plunder in lieu of jizya (tribute); overall expectations for Christians to behave like cowed "dhimmis" (second-class citizens); and simple violence and murder. Oftentimes it is a combination thereof.

Because these accounts of persecution span different ethnicities, languages, and locales—from Morocco in the west, to India in the east, and throughout the West, wherever there are Muslims—it should be clear that one thing alone binds them: Islam—whether the strict application of Islamic Sharia law, or the supremacist culture born of it.

Major "Birther" Victory: Obama Is On The Run

Put The Secretaries Of State In ALL 50 States On Notice: Make Obama Prove That He Is Eligible To Hold The Office He Usurped Or Take Him Off The Ballot!

     They thought they could get away with it. The elites in Washington and the media hoped and prayed that this issue would go away.

     They must have been thinking: Surely, with an election close at hand, these pesky "birthers" will finally give up, go away, and let the man who never proved he was eligible to run for the office of President of the United States in the first place attempt to usurp the office a second time.

     But that's not going to happen. We can't let it happen. And now that a judge in Georgia FINALLY had the guts NOT to dismiss a case demanding that Barack Hussein Obama prove he is eligible to run for President, our cause has new life.

     When Judge Michael Malihi denied Obama's motion to dismiss the case, Attorney Orly Taitz exclaimed: "Thank you God! I am ready to cry! After 3 years of battles, for the first time a judge has ruled that Obama's motion to dismiss is denied. I can now depose Obama and everybody else involved without any impediment."

     And now that our cause has new life, we must strike while the iron is hot. We need an avalanche of faxes to the Secretaries of State of ALL 50 States. We must demand that they make Barack Hussein Obama PROVE that he is eligible to run for President of the United States or STRIKE HIS NAME FROM THE BALLOT.

"I Can Now Depose Obama And Everyone Else Involved Without Any Impediment."

     Taitz's statement bears repeating because, up until now, judges have played hot potato with the eligibility issue. Although Team Obama has falsely stated that judges have ruled in Obama's favor on the eligibility issue, the TRUTH is that in every single instance, Team Obama filed motions to dismiss these cases on purely procedural grounds and judges have gone along with them and simply used these motions as an excuse to avoid even hearing these cases in the first place.

     They ALL simply refused to hear the cases, but Judge Malihi drew a line in the sand. He obvious understands that no man is above the law and ruled: "The Court has jurisdiction to hear this contested case pursuant to Chapter 13 of Title 50, the 'Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.'"

     But that's not all. Judge Malihi also ruled: "The Georgia Election Code (the 'Code') mandates that '[e]very candidate for federal and state office who is certified by the state executive committee of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.' ... Both the Secretary of State and the electors of Georgia are granted the authority under the Code to challenge the qualifications of a candidate."

     In plain English, Malihi DROPPED A HUGE BOMB. He VALIDATED that the Georgia Secretary of State (and the Secretaries of State of the remaining 49 states for that matter) can't hide behind pathetic excuses. They simply can't "rubber stamp" candidate certifications, as they did in 2008.

     They have a SOLEMN DUTY to ensure that candidates that appear on the ballot PROVE they are constitutionally eligible to seek office and they have a SOLEMN DUTY to CHALLENGE THE ELIGIBILITY OF ANY CANDIDATE seeking office.

     And that's why we MUST put the Secretaries of State of ALL 50 states on notice. The man behind the curtain is now exposed. They have no more excuses.

     No matter what happens in Georgia, Malihi's ruling is a HUGE VICTORY. The Secretaries of State of all 50 states can no longer DENY that they have a SOLEMN DUTY to ensure that Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to seek the office of President of the United States!

     And it is vitally important that they know that you know it as well... and that you will be watching them!

The Media Is Desperately Trying To Keep This Story Under Wraps.

     You'd think the leftist Barons of Bilge of the Mainstream Media would jump at the chance to report this ground-breaking story so that can twist it and cast more aspersions and heap more character assassinations at Taitz... but they're not reporting it because they know that there's no way to twist and distort what is going on. Malihi's ruling is wonderful news... PERIOD!

     And as things now stand, a hearing is scheduled for January 26, 2012, but we shouldn't wait until then to act.

     According to a number of published reports, Taitz is asking the court to demand that Obama produce:

Any and all certified birth records including a long form birth certificate.

Certified school/university registration records. Certified immigration/naturalization records.

Certified passport records and;

Redacted certified Social Security card applications for each of the aliases and other legal names used by Barack Obama, including but not limited to his legal surname when adopted by step-father Lolo Soetoro.

      Requests for these documents should not be diminished because, quite frankly, "highly doctored replicas" of a long-form birth certificate do not prove that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii... birth announcements published in a Hawaii newspaper do not prove that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii... and derisive comments from liberals in the media most certainly do not prove Obama was born in Hawaii.

     And moreover, even if Obama was born in Hawaii, the courts must still settle the issue, once and for all, as to whether a child born to a resident alien and a 19 year-old American citizen is a "natural born citizen."

     As litigant Kevin R. Powell wrote in his complaint, "Barack Hussein Obama II has publicly admitted his father Barack Obama Sr. was a Kenyan native and a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. Barack Obama Sr. never became a U.S. citizen. Therefore, Barack Hussein Obama II is not now and never can be a natural born citizen of the United States."

     These questions must be answered and as long as those questions remain unanswered, we are in a Constitutional Crisis. The time to stand up and save our Republic is now. Do not allow your voice to go unheard!
