·         Assess the plant capacity work-center wise based on marketing requirement and stock availability and give recommendation for overtime or appointment of temporary staff.

·         Prepare production and packaging schedules for factory and provide shop orders of all planned batches through BPCS.

·         Prepare daily report and monitor stock position of all sales, samples, veterinary & imported products and ensure their availability in time.

·         Maintain and execute computer systems for Material Requirement Planning (MRP), capacity Requirement Planning (CRP), sales and distribution in consultation with IT department.

·         Prepare reports regarding sales & production efficiencies for references of senior mgmt. in the areas of strategic decision-making and perform other non-routine jobs assigned by the management.

·         Plan, implement & follow-up preventive maintenance schedule for all production related machinery of factory.

·         Provide comparison of Utilized Labor hours with Std. Labor hour of all work centers to finance for monthly costing.

       ·         Well acquainted with MS Office

       ·         Excellent communication skills both verbal and spoken in English

Citrus fruits are a rich source of vitamin C, which aids in keeping your heart in good condition. Stick to whole fruits instead of juice as they slow sugar absorption. Bamboo shoots offer high energy sans any fat or cholesterol and are a terrific source of dietary fibre. They also contain magnesium. Berries are full of antioxidants, vitamins and fibre. Anthocyanins, found in berries, have been shown to impede cancer cell growth, reduce risk of heart disease and diabetes. Chicken breasts are low in saturated fat and calories. A 3-ounce serving of skinless chicken breast has 142 calories and 3 grams fat. Fatty fishes such as Salmon, albacore tuna, mackerel, halibut and herring are high in omega-3 fatty acids. These help unclog arteries and improve levels of both triglycerides and HDL in diabetics. Beans are good source of fibre and are rich in nutrients. They slow digestion and maintain blood sugar level after a meal. Nuts are packed with `good` fats that not only help fight heart disease, but also help reduce insulin resistance. Nuts are also rich in fibre, magnesium and vitamin E. Low-fat milk and yogurt not only provide protein but also give calcium, which aids in weight loss. People who take them regularly are less likely to become insulin resistant. Whole-grain foods are rich in fibre and nutrients such as magnesium, chromium, folate and omega-3 fatty acids. Studies show that a diet rich in whole grains may help lower the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Olive oil is loaded with antioxidants and monounsaturated fats, like oleic acid. These ‘good’ fats reduce the risk of heart disease and help keep blood sugar steady by reducing insulin resistance.

The best tool on the market is the service from Google Maps. All you need is a web browser and a connection to the internet. When you first start up, Google Maps displays a satellite view of North America. You can then zoom in, or pan the camera around to see any location on Earth. You can also type in the address of the location that you want to see. Once you do that, you'll get a free satellite view of your house. If you don't like Google, there are similar services from Yahoo and Microsoft. Microsoft's mapping service is Bing Maps; the Yahoo service is called Yahoo Maps. There's even an application that lets you see and compare Google's and Yahoo's views of your house, side-by-side. But Google has gone beyond birds-eye satellite images of houses. Google now sends camera cars to take pics of the street view of your house. The camera's eye is now everywhere -- even when you think no one is looking! That's what a woman in Liberty City, Florida, discovered. (The Miami New Times was kind enough to black out her intimate parts.) Carlos Miller writes for Pixiq.com, Sept. 9, 2011, that "for the most part, everybody and everything is fair game to be photographed in the United States." In Europe and other parts of the world, however, it is not so clear-cut. Some countries have laws that forbid the photographing of people in public for public display without their consent. "Google insists it respects people's privacy regardless of country and has been blurring people's faces since 2008." As for the naked woman, Google first removed her picture, then reposted the picture, but blurred her out.
