Hey PlainOl',

The City of Bonn ended up with the Project, after cancelling the contracts. Dr. Kim lost over $4.5 million of his own money and personal investment. He is not charged with profitting from the project..

There are others however, who did profit. Almost everyone profitted in this deal, except Dr. Kim.

In my professional opinion, Dr. Kim is not guilty of any criminal activity. Dr. Kim is guilty of making some bad business decisions, but the true crime was committed by numerous German civil servants and politicians, none of which have been charged with a crime.
