Certified Training in Integrative Conflict Transformation and Dialogue
Facilitation

Thematics
The importance of conflict transformation and mediation is constantly
growing in the era of globalization whether in regard to the economy,
society, politics, development cooperation, peacebuilding or everyday
life. This training course helps building the respective capacities
and skills.
The approach of integrative conflict transformation combines systemic,
cultural-hermeneutic, group analytic, gestalt pedagogic and other
approaches. The approach underlines the transformation of the
behaviour, strategies, attitudes and assumption. Furthermore, it helps
to transcend contradictions and objectives that appear to be
incompatible at first sight.

Objective of the Course
The training enables the participants to analyze complex conflict
constellations and their social, cultral and unconscious dimensions.
Furthermore, the participants will be able to develop and apply
creative and constructive alternatives to conflict transformation with
a step based approach.

Certificate
Participants receive a certificate of participation issued by the
ICP.

The next 6-days training takes place on the following 3 weekends
(Saturday and Sunday):

Iraq and Mexico are Safer than Socialist Venezuela

Oh how the liberal left love Venezuela and their socialist dictator Hugo Chavez. I wonder how Sean Penn and Oliver Stone feel about the news that this socialist utopia is more dangerous than Iraq and Mexico? This explains why libtards refuse to move to Venezuela. Libtards love to praise socialism but rarely have they ever lived under socialism.

The New York Times reports:

Some here joke that they might be safer if they lived in Baghdad. The numbers bear them out.

In Iraq, a country with about the same population as Venezuela, there were 4,644 civilian deaths from violence in 2009, according to Iraq Body Count; in Venezuela that year, the number of murders climbed above 16,000.

Even Mexico's infamous drug war has claimed fewer lives.

Venezuelans have absorbed such grim statistics for years. Those with means have hidden their homes behind walls and hired foreign security experts to advise them on how to avoid kidnappings and killings. And rich and poor alike have resigned themselves to living with a murder rate that the opposition says remains low on the list of the government's priorities.

The Department of Justice is seeking to hire linguists fluent in Ebonics to help monitor, translate, and transcribe the secretly recorded conversations of subjects of narcotics investigations, according to federal records.

A maximum of nine Ebonics experts will work with the Drug Enforcement Administration's Atlanta field division, where the linguists, after obtaining a "DEA Sensitive" security clearance, will help investigators decipher the results of "telephonic monitoring of court ordered nonconsensual intercepts, consensual listening devices, and other media"

The DEA's need for full-time linguists specializing in Ebonics is detailed in bid documents related to the agency's mid-May issuance of a request for proposal (RFP) covering the provision of as many as 2100 linguists for the drug agency's various field offices. Answers to the proposal were due from contractors on July 29.

In contract documents, which are excerpted here, Ebonics is listed among 114 languages for which prospective contractors must be able to provide linguists. The 114 languages are divided between "common languages" and "exotic languages." Ebonics is listed as a "common language" spoken solely in the United States.

Don't worry. You will grow to love having to find a doctor that accepts Medicare/Medicaid. You will learn to love the higher insurance premiums and medical costs. You will learn to love the long lines and rationed health care. You will learn to love providing proof to the IRS that you have insurance (but don't you dare ask an illegal immigrant for ID..racist).

MyFoxNY reports:

Just two people in New Jersey will begin receiving coverage Monday under new plans created by federal health care reforms.

NJ Protect plans are available to those who have been without insurance for at least six months and submit evidence of pre-existing health conditions.

The state will receive $141 million in federal subsidies to cover claims that exceed the premiums paid by the beneficiaries.

Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey spokesman Tom Vincz expects more people will enroll in the coming weeks.

Vincz says more than 600 applications were downloaded and 268 information kits were sent out following the program's announcement on Aug. 1.

Two policies are available, with premiums ranging from $212 to $768 monthly, depending on age.
