It's OK, his much ballyhooed but never revealed Constitution that he plans to force upon everyone likely takes care of such trivialities.
The pre agreed to rules state that in the event of a tie, the lowest score (from any of the 4 apparatus) is dropped in order to break that tie.
The REAL travesty is that those same Rules take the top 2 from each Country rather than the BEST from the entire pool.

- that it isn't too late to have the beautiful American girl get the
- Bronze metal that she, too, deserves to have!!!!!
