Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn has already designated a, "Safe Zone",  which is totally "Gun/Weapon-Free" and includes and incorporates the "Tampa Bay Times Forum/Ice Palace" downtown.   In other words, most of downtown Tampa will be a gun  free zone,
