Economy in the tank. Unemployment still high. What's a President to do? Obama to attend three NY fundraisersScotty Starnes | June 23, 2011 at 11:50 AM | Tags: fundraising, New York, Obama, President Obama | Categories: Political Issues | URL: http://wp.me/pvnFC-5vZ |
Remember, he wakes up with one thing on his mind. To bad it's not fixing the economy or the need to concentrate on job creation. It's his need to get reelected at any cost.
Politico reports:
President Obama is returning to New York City on Thursday and is looking to raise big money for his reelection campaign.
Obama has three fundraisers planned in the Big Apple. The first one, at the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers, is for gay supporters and coincides with the evolution, so to speak, of a bill in the state that would make gay marriage legal.
More pandering to special interest groups. I wonder if Obama will speak with a lisp? (He tends to change his dialect depending on what groups he speaks to)
The audience at his second Democratic National Committee fundraiser of the night, at the four-star restaurant Daniel, will be made up of Wall Street donors.
These are those "fat-cats" Obama claims to dislike...but he loves their money.
And the last event of the evening, at Broadway, will be with Whoopi Goldberg.
Spending time with a ex-coke head. Hey didn't Obama admit to being a coke-head in college? Birds of a feather...
The fun starts just after 7 p.m. at the Sheraton and won't end until after 10 p.m. Obama will take a late flight from New York City to Pittsburgh afterward and spend the night in Pennsylvania.
How is all this fundraising helping the economy or creating jobs? The taxpayers are footing the bill so Obama can collect cash to tell us more lies.
