Re: Wringing-the-Neck of Empty Ritual.

Einstein,

You say,

"The existing Constitution is so weak that such allowed our
government to evolve away from doing the Will of the People, "

and upon this you base the need for a new Constitution.... you have it exactly backwards. It is the PEOPLE that are weak... NOT the Constitution. If the people did not allow the government to evolve away from the constitution and their will it could not have happened.

Regardless of how nanny-like a (your) constitution is it requires the citizens act to maintain it... lacking this the government will do as it pleases regardless of the contents of ANY document.

expecting the people to do the will of government.  The first step is
to correct who can become our representatives!  Those who have worked
their way "up" through local and state offices are already showing
themselves to believe they are from a 'ruling class'.  My New
Constitution excludes those, other than for the Pres. and V. Pres.,
and those from the military, who have ever worked for government or
held a local, state, or federal office.  Every important right or
protection from the original Constitution is right there in my New
Constitution, too!  The rule is:  If something is broke—like our
Constitution, time and again has shown that it is— FIX IT!  I've spent
14 dedicated years doing just that.  The people will once again be in
charge.  And any public official or government employee not being
deferential to a single law-abiding citizen will be looking for
another job!  — J. A. Armistead —  Patriot
