This appeals court finding really ticke me off - so wrong on so many levels

The FBI covers up for the criminals (BTW Whitey Bulger was the
brother of the state senate majority leader in Mass for many years and
is #1 on the FBI Most Wanted List and has been protected by his brother
and associates for years) and then this court decides that the families
should have known that Whitey MIGHT have been responsible for the
killings and thus they filed too late. Unbelievable. Would love to
know about the judges on this court but they are not mentioned by name
or who put them on the court.
