Davis case:LHC orders action against Ibad's killer

Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday directed Punjab police to take action against the driver who was driving the US Consulate car that had come to rescue Raymond Davis and crushed Ibadur Rehman to death.
LHC Chief Justice while hearing a petition was filed on Thursday by Ibadur Rehman's brother Mohammad Aijazur Rehman. also ordered police to take legal measures to seize the car that hit Rehman
The court directed police to record statement of deceased brother today.
Earlier on Thrusday the LHC had barred government to hand over Raymond Davis to the US and directed to put his name on Exit Control List(ECL)
The US citizen, identified as Raymond Davis, is under investigation for murder charges of two young motorcyclists whereas a third young man was run over by a vehicle of US consulate that came to rescue Raymond Davis.
