I am anxious to see Carter's interview on 60 Minutes, just to see his body language.    My first thoughts after reading about this, is that Carter is a bitter old man, and a typical Socialist-Elitist, who still resents the fact that his socialist legacy was tarnished by another member of the Politburo, or "Nomenclatura" if you will.
