Job Description:
Sr. SQA Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of system QA along with scheduling, load balancing, prioritizing tasks & deliverables for critical software checkpoints and milestones. The SQA Engineer will work with Product Management, Systems Development, and Customers to improve overall Product Quality.
Skills Required:
- Ensure the highest level of continuous testing improvements through process analysis and automation and establishing quality standards.
- Coordinate regression, integration, performance, load, and automated testing. Work with the business, analysis, and development teams to drive, coordinate and perform all levels of testing.
- Maintain and distribute quality metrics and contribute to business and technical risk assessment.
- Define, implement, and maintain an integrated testing infrastructure using proper tools to set the QA environment.
- Set quality standards that will be used to measure & report the quality of the product.
- Review Requirement Specification Documents & Software Design Specification documents and develop a comprehensive understanding of testing requirements.
- Active participation in all phase review meetings with the development and business teams.
- Define and execute test cases, identify and document bugs, facilitate bug triage meetings, and escalate and resolve test discrepancies.
