Energy Secretary Emerges to Take a Commanding Role in Effort to Corral Well

Strange that now when it looks like BP has capped the well, the Energy
Secretary shows up, having no training in the oil well technology, to
take control and be Obama's go to man on the gulf oil spill. Any bets
that the administration will try to take credit for capping the well?
