And you know this how!  As usual you are pulling stuff from your a@@ - BTW it is still the Dems who are charge and the union members (no Republicans there) who are the govt employees so it must be the Dems who are doing this and not the Republicans.   Of course you are ducking and dodging that one but it is still the truth.
